Below you'll find a gallery of photos by Will Byington from Jon Bon Jovi's just-completed Runaway to Paradise concert cruise.

The event, sponsored in the Mediterranean for the first time by Sixthman, took Bon Jovi fans from Barcelona, Spain, to Palma, Majorca, over five days aboard the Norwegian Pearl. Bon Jovi took part in a pair of Q&A storyteller sessions on Tuesday night, then appeared with his Kings of Suburbia solo band on Wednesday for a full-length concert.

The storyteller show was held twice in an intimate theater after rain during the cruise's first at-sea day kept Bon Jovi from performing on a larger stage constructed in the ship's pool area. He made news during the first show when he announced the title – and edgy new political bent – of the band's next album, Bon Jovi 2020.

This is the second Runaway to Paradise event, following an April 12-16 trip between Miami and Nassau, Bahamas, on the Norwegian Jade. There were panel sessions featuring people who have been essential to the Bon Jovi story, and performances by several other groups including Johnny Rzeznik of the Goo Goo Dolls, Grace Potter, Slippery When Wet, Hannah Wicklund, Stewart Mac and Betsie Gold, among others.

It was very much a family affair: Jon's brother Matt took part in a special behind-the-scenes panel to discuss his time on the road with Bon Jovi, and how he helped create Runaway Tours. Jon's son Jesse sponsored tastings featuring his new wine called Hampton Water.

Guests were invited to a pop-up version of of Bon Jovi's Soul Kitchen community restaurant, which gave fans an opportunity to contribute to a charitable cause. Exclusive Jon Bon Jovi career memorabilia was also scattered throughout the vessel.
