Scott Weiland has played around with glam before -- both with Stone Temple Pilots and in his solo career. But his new song 'Way She Moves' nods to one of the genre's all-time classics: T. Rex's immortal 'Bang a Gong (Get It On).'

The snaky cut comes from Weiland's upcoming solo album, 'Blaster, which he recorded with his band the Wildabouts. The record comes out on March 31; you can listen to 'Way She Moves' below.

Now that the former STP and Velvet Revolver singer has cleared his calendar and apparently has no other obligations on the table -- not even with the supergroup Art of Anarchy that also has an album coming out soon -- he can get around to promoting his first real solo album since 2008's 'Happy in Galoshes.'

He'll hit the road in a couple of weeks for a tour in support of 'Blaster.' You can see a list of Weiland's U.S. tour dates below the song.
