Two months ago, Faith No More unveiled their first new song since 1997. They also announced a handful of tour dates at the time, all of them overseas, in cities like Tokyo, Sydney and Munich.

But as their new (still untitled) album gets closer to release in May, the group is hitting the road on its home continent, playing more than a dozen dates over a month leading up to the record's due date.

The first show kicks off on April 15 in Vancouver and winds down a month later, on May 15, in Philadelphia. You can see the new North American tour dates below.

Faith No More also announced a new song, called 'Superhero,' which will come out on March 17. It follows 'Motherf--er,' which was released on Record Store Day's Black Friday.

The new LP will be the band's first since 1997's 'Album of the Year.' The upcoming North American tour dates mark their first on the continent since 2010. Tickets for the new shows go on sale this Friday. You can find more info here.
