Chicago Sets More Than 20 Concert Dates for Early 2027

Chicago's ongoing fall tour continues into November, but they're already looking ahead to 2027. Co-founding trumpeter Lee Loughnane will lead the group on more than 20 newly confirmed shows.

Chicago has been on the road for most of 2026. Beyond the headlining shows, they also shared the stage with Styx on a tour that wrapped in September. In between, they mourned the death of Loughnane's co-founding bandmate Walt Parazaider, a talented multi-instrumentalist who'd retired to deal with health issues.

When Does Chicago Begin Their 2027 Tour?

Loughnane is joined out on the road by singer Rudy Cardenas, saxophonist and flute player Ray Herrmann, trombone player Nick Lane, guitarist Tony Obrohta, bassist and vocalist Eric Baines, keyboardists and vocalists Carlos Murguia and Justin Avery, drummer Wally Reyes Jr. and percussionist Ramon "Ray" Yslas.

They began this year at the Venetian Theatre inside Las Vegas' Venetian Resort – and Chicago returns there as part of their 2027 tour plans. This latest engagement extends their record to a 10th year in a row, while bringing Chicago's total number of appearances at the venue to 70.
