You can win two tickets to any show* (except one, see below) on Van Halen's 2012 North American tour and a copy of their new CD 'A Different Kind of Truth' courtesy of Live Nation, Loudwire and Ultimate Classic Rock. The band will be crossing the continent starting Feb. 18 in Louisville, Ky. in support of their eagerly anticipated new record.

It's been four years since Van Halen thrilled audiences by reuniting with original lead singer David Lee Roth for a critically acclaimed tour featuring songs from the band's first six classic albums. Now, they're back in support of their first new album with Roth since '1984,' promising to bring out even more old favorites as well as songs from 'A Different Kind of Truth.'

The album's lead single 'Tattoo' is already No. 1 on Billboard's Hard Rock Singles charts, and another 'Truth' song, 'She's the Woman,' pretty much blew the minds of everyone in attendance at the band's special NYC club show recently. There's very little on this earth that we could imagine stopping us from seeing several shows on this tour, and now we can help you get into one for free as well.

Now, you're on your own in terms of transportation, lodging and meals, as this prize "only" includes the CD and tickets for a show of your choosing on the tour. You can find all the dates below.

Good luck, 'Happy Trails' and 'Bottoms Up!' For complete tour date and venue information, visit
