Japan, it's your turn to welcome back "Diamond Dave" and the Van Halen clan! After teasing earlier this week that a trek to Japan was being planned for late in the year, the band has seemingly delivered.

According to the Van Halen News Desk, the group will travel overseas to play shows in Osaka Nov. 20, Tokyo Nov. 27, and Nagoya Nov. 29. The official announcement on the shows should be forthcoming next week.

When the Van Halen crew sits foot in the land of the rising sun, they'll likely be treating Japanese fans to a number of classics. In recent months, the group has been digging further and further into their catalog, pulling out such old favorites as 'Bottoms Up,' 'Hang 'Em High,' and 'Blood and Fire' among others.

The news of fresh shows is a positive sign after the band's recent batch of postponements. Earlier this week, the group teased not only the Japanese shows in November, but that there would be more news coming soon on their 2013 tour plans. This, of course, sparked rumors that they might even perform at the Super Bowl Halftime Show next year. Stay tuned as further tour info will be revealed in the coming weeks.
