Sixx:A.M. will end a five-year live performance drought on Oct. 7 -- the same day they release their new 'Modern Vintage' album.

The show, which is set to take place at the iHeart Theater in Burbank, will also include a Q&A session with band members Nikki Sixx, DJ Ashba and James Michael. Scheduled to be broadcast exclusively live on iHeartRadio and select Clear Channel radio stations, the event additionally promises to serve as the platform for a "big announcement" that will "have fans buzzing."

Obviously, not everyone lives in the Burbank area, but fans who might not otherwise be able to attend can at least enter for the chance to win tickets to the show thanks to the tongue-twistingly titled Sixx Sense's Sixx:A.M. Modern Vintage contest, which is offering the lucky winner round-trip coach airfare for two courtesy of Orbitz, a two-night stay at the Renaissance Los Angeles Airport, two tickets to the show, signed copies of limited edition 'Modern Vintage' vinyl and an invitation to a meet and greet with the band.

For fans who can't make it to the show and don't win the contest, there's at least consolation in knowing that the band is planning its first world tour -- and in the meantime, you can still sample advance cuts from 'Modern Vintage,' including the songs 'Let's Go,' 'Drive,' 'Stars' and 'Gotta Get It Right.'
