Scott Stapp Loses Custody Of His Children

Scott Stapp has lost custody of his kids. A judge in Palm Beach County, FL, has granted sole legal and physical custody of Stapp's children to his estranged wife, Jaclyn.

TMZ noted that is appears that Stapp has been completely shut out of his children's lives. The judge has barred him from staying in the family's Boca Raton home, and it's unclear if he has even been granted visitation rights.

The Stapps have three children: Jagger, 16, Milan, 7, and Daniel, 4. Jagger's birth inspired Creed's No. 1 hit from 2000, 'With Arms Wide Open.'

Earlier this week, Stapp missed a court hearing that was to determine whether he would be involuntarily committed to a psychiatric hospital for mental evaluation and drug treatment. Yesterday (Dec. 12), it was revealed that his sister-in-law had called 911 because Stapp was claiming to be a CIA agent on a mission to assassinate President Obama.
