Mark Knopfler lauched his world tour in support of latest solo album Down the Road Wherever in Barcelona on April 25. You can see the full set list and some performance videos below.

The show featured an outing for Dire Straits classic “Money for Nothing,” which Knopfler hadn’t performed since 2005. He played “Once Upon a Time in the West” as a solo debut after his former band last did so in 1983. He also debuted his tracks “Nobody Does That,” “My Bacon Roll,” “Heart Full of Holes” and “Silvertown Blues,” the first two of which appear on Down the Road Wherever.

When he announced Down the Road Wherever, Knopfler said he’d taken the title from a line in new track “One Song at a Time.” He explained: “I remember my pal Chet Atkins once saying that he picked his way out of poverty one song at a time, and it just stuck in my mind. You get to an age where you’ve written quite a few songs. But Down the Road Wherever seems to be appropriate for me just because it's what I've always done.”

His European tour dates run until July 22, after which he starts a North American run on August 16 in Nantucket, CT, ending on Sept. 22 in Los Angeles.
