Win a John Denver Holiday Prize Pack

Few artists of his day bridged the generation gap, especially at the holiday season, better than John Denver. Ultimate Classic Rock and Diffuser.fm have teamed up with Sony Legacy to give one lucky winner a special John Denver holiday-themed prize pack.

First up is Denver's 'The Classic Christmas Album.' Released in 2012, it combines the best moments from Denver's other two Christmas records, 1975's 'Rocky Mountain Christmas' and 1990's 'Christmas Like a Lullaby.' The set includes 16 traditional and original Christmas songs, such as the out-of-character 'Please, Daddy (Don’t Get Drunk This Christmas).'

Next is a vinyl copy of 'John Denver and the Muppets: A Christmas Together.' This is the soundtrack to their television special that has been delighting families since it was first aired in 1979. The album features 13 songs, including Dr. Teeth and the Electric Mayhem's take on the Beach Boys' 'Little Saint Nick.'

In addition, the winner will receive 'The Essential John Denver,' a two-CD, 36-song compilation that contains all of his hits and many more. We've also got a light-blue John Denver winter hat with Denver's name across the top in red.
