Watch Foreigner Perform ‘Hot Blooded’ From Opening Night of 2015 Tour: Exclusive Video
Foreigner and Kid Rock have started their run of co-headlining summer shows, and Ultimate Classic Rock is now offering an exclusive glimpse of what fans can expect to see when the tour rolls into town.
In the video above, you can see Foreigner's performance of "Hot Blooded" from their set opening night June 24 in Hartford. As previously reported, the tour finds Kid Rock once again leading the charge against ticket price inflation; prices for passes from the second row to the lawn are set at $20, and parking and service fees are also reduced, reportedly keeping the total cost for the show at or less than $30.
As Foreigner multi-instrumentalist Tom Gimbel told the Aquarian earlier this year, that small investment offers the opportunity to witness one of the better lineups he's seen during the more than 20 years he's been associated with the group. "These guys are so much fun to play with and hang around with. It’s a really rare chemistry when you get six or seven guys in this case that don’t fight, that don’t argue. It’s unheard of," enthused Gimbel. "Over the years I’ve been fortunate to play with so many incredible players, and somehow [bandleader Mick Jones] just finds them. He has a real sense of who’s great and who he wants to work with."
