R&B legend Etta James passed away Friday morning in Riverside, Calif., at the age of 73 after a long battle with leukemia. Bridging the gap between R&B, blues, jazz, gospel and rock 'n' roll, the singer made a name for herself in the '60s as the first major female star on Chess Records, and established her musical immortality with her indelible version of the pop standard 'At Last.'
