The family of the late Eric Carr, former drummer for Kiss, has filed a lawsuit against the group alleging that they are not being paid their proper royalties.

The music of late Kiss drummer Eric Carr will be celebrated on Nov. 8 of this year with the release of 'Unfinished Business, a commemorative album that will be released in his memory and honor. The CD will remember Carr, who smashed the skins for Kiss through the '80s and died of an incredibly rare form of heart cancer on Nov. 24, 1991, for his contributions to music.
