Sammy Hagar and Mick Fleetwood have joined the speakers roster at next month's SXSW that also features former Nirvana bassist Krist Novoselic, Nile Rodgers and Cindy Wilson of the B-52's, among others.

Fleetwood will speak from 5-6PM on March 15 in Room 16AB of the Austin Convention Center. He's launching a limited-edition new memoir called Love That Burns: A Chronicle of Fleetwood Mac: Vol. 1, which covers the band's formative years. Only 2,000 numbered copies will be released, all signed by the drummer.

Hagar, meanwhile, is expected to discuss a career featuring stops with Montrose, Van Halen and Chickenfoot, as well as his work as a businessman and philanthropist. His talk is set for 2-3PM on March 16 in the same room of the convention center as Fleetwood's talk the day before.

They're part of a diverse group of speakers scheduled for this year's festival, held March 10-19 in Austin. Also featured: Apollo 11 astronaut Buzz Aldrin, pop singer Kesha, Sen. Cory Booker and Julia-Louis Dreyfus. SXSW's music panel discussions include topics like "The New Deal: Why Brands Will Buy Artists Airtime," "How Your Journey Can Grow Your Platform" and "Will the Real Producers Please Stand Up?"

Novoselic, who speaks on March 14, is now a board member with FairVote, a nonprofit group that increases participation in democracy. He was SXSW’s keynote speaker in 1996. Rodgers' talk is set for March 15; Wilson is scheduled for March 17.
