The 10th annual MusiCares benefit is going to get loud.

This year's event, scheduled for May 12 at Club Nokia in Los Angeles, serves as the latest in a series of fundraisers for the MusiCares fund, which offers programs and services to members of the music community, including emergency financial assistance. This year's honorees are Ozzy Osbourne and Village studios owner/CEO Jeff Greenberg, both of whom have been instrumental to the ongoing success of the organization, with Osbourne particularly focused on the MusiCares MAP Fund, which provides members of the music community access to addiction recovery treatment.

But Osbourne isn't just being presented with an award (by Eagles guitarist Joe Walsh, no less) -- he's also performing, with special guest Slash, as part of a lineup that also includes Metallica and veteran Grammy-winning blues performer Keb' Mo'.

All that star power doesn't come cheap: Although there are a limited number of general admission balcony seats available for $50, VIP balcony tickets are going for $150, while standing-room floor passes cost $500 and individual floor seats are priced at $1,250. You can also round up nine of your friends for a 'living room set,' which seats 10 for $12,500. It's all for a great cause, and the evening's lineup is only expected to grow -- MusiCares promises that "additional performers will be announced shortly."
