This Saturday (Oct. 8), the Marshall Tucker Band are bringing a little southern rock to Fox News Channel's 'Huckabee' program. The legendary band will perform 'Fire on the Mountain,' which is one of the many tracks found on their newly released Greatest Hits album, in the former Arkansas Governor's New York City television studio. Their performance on the show is in observance of the band's 40th anniversary.

In addition to their highly-anticipated performance of 'Mountain,' the band will also play 'Sandman,' which is a tune found on the band's frontman Doug Gray's new solo album, 'Soul of the South.'

"We're looking forward to celebrating 40 years of Marshall Tucker with Governor Huckabee on his show this weekend," Gray says. "I hear he’s one heck of a bass player. We might be asking him to join us on a few dates if all goes well! Since we’re dropping in on him, maybe he can drop in on us when we play the Arkansas State Fair."

'Huckabee' will air on Saturday, Oct. 8 at 8:00PM ET and again on Sunday, Oct. 9, also at 8:00PM ET.
