'X Factor' hopeful Leroy Bell is 59, so he falls in the age range of most classic rockers. Mind you, he looks like he is in his early 40s. Bell is trying to capture his second chance with the show, and when given the chance to perform solo again, he offered up his soulful rendition of Bob Dylan's 'Make You Feel My Love,' which was last given a makeover by British soul diva Adele. Clearly, the song lends itself to interpretation by non-rock singers.

Bell infused 'Make You Feel My Love' with his own dose of raspy soul. He channeled emotion, pushing it up with a low, rumbling and terrific voice which undoubtedly rose from the depths of his heart and stomach. You couldn't help but root for Bell, since he is so talented and likely frustrated by the inability to maximize his talent in the commercial sphere.

Bell is just 11 years younger than Dylan, but it's not too late for him to make a leap up the music industry ladder. He has a good look, a lot of talent and a vibe that invites you to root for him. We think Bob Dylan himself would give a nod and a smile to Leroy Bell for his version of 'Make You Feel My Love .'
