It’s hard to imagine all the great singers and showman the world could have missed out on in the history of rock ‘n’ roll if not for one Mr. Robert Plant paving the way.
Can You Guess Whose Tattoo This Is?
These inked arms belong to a legendary classic rocker who got his musical start in a band with his brother. That group would go on to be inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 1995 on the strength of a unique sound all their own that blended jazz, blues and country elements into rock.
It’s Gregg Allman’s Tattoo!
The tats belong to the multi-talented Gregg Allman, who got his first taste of musical fame with his brother Duane in the Allman Brothers Band. Tragically, Duane passed away in 1971 after a motorcycle accident. Gregg continues with his namesake band to this day, and also launched a successful solo career.

It’s DJ Ashba’s Tattoo!
The rock n' roll rainbow of flesh belongs to Guns N' Roses guitarist DJ Ashba! Ashba, who joined GN'R in 2009, may just be one of the hardest working men in rock. In addition to his work with Axl Rose, he's also an integral part of the band Sixx: A...
