Paul McCartney Offers Look Inside His Historic Queen’s Diamond Jubilee Show
It was one of the highlights of the summer, especially in the U.K., when Sir Paul McCartney led a star-studded lineup at the Queen's Diamond Jubilee Celebration.
Now McCartney is giving audiences a closer look at the goings-on of the day in a new video piece. There's a brief 30-second clip online that teases a bigger video. In the promo piece, we get to see McCartney arriving at the grounds, getting out of his vehicle and entering the backstage area prior to the event.
The promo also leads fans to the bigger video at McCartney's website which fans must register to see. During the larger video, fans get to watch the singer hanging out in the celebrity-packed backstage area. Viewers also get to take a peek at his wardrobe possibilities for the day, and the singer shows off his new Jubilee Hofner bass.
During McCartney's show-closing performance at the Diamond Jubilee show back in June, he performed the Beatles tracks 'Magical Mystery Tour,' 'All My Loving,' 'Let It Be,' and finished off with 'Live and Let Die.'
