Montrose, ‘Rock the Nation’ – Exclusive Video Premiere

We are pleased to bring you an exclusive live Montrose video, featuring the surviving members of the pioneering '70s band -- including Sammy Hagar -- performing a tribute to guitarist Ronnie Montrose.

None other than Joe Satriani stepped into Montrose's big shoes for this electrifying performance of 'Rock the Nation,' which comes from the new DVD 'Concert for Ronnie Montrose -- A Celebration of His Life in Music.' This two-disc set chronicles a star-studded San Francisco concert from April 2012 that found Hagar, Satriani, Journey guitarist Neal Schon and members of Montrose, Gamma and Ronnie's solo bands paying tribute to the guitarist, who died the previous month.
