Judas Priest Announce Fall 2015 North American Tour
Judas Priest are going back out on the road in support of last year's Redeemer of Souls. The metal legends revealed a series of dates across North America, which can be found below.
The group will be on tour for a little less than a month, and it's sticking mostly to the West Coast this time out. Of the 15 dates scheduled between Oct. 16 and Nov. 3, six are either in California or Nevada. After that, there are four shows in Canada, followed by nights in Peoria, Ill., Huntington., N.Y., and Newark, N.J., before returning to Canada for two more nights.
Joining Judas Priest on these dates will be Mastodon, whose most recent album, Once More 'Round the Sun, is one of their most highly praised efforts to date. It debuted at No. 6 on the Billboard 200 upon its release last year.
Both bands will appear Oct. 24 at KnotFest, the two-day music festival created by Slipknot and which will be held at the San Manuel Amphitheater & Festival Grounds in San Bernadino, Calif. Judas Priest will headline the first night, with Mastodon performing earlier in the day. Korn, Clutch, Helmet, Cannibal Corpse, Ghostface Killah and Mobb Deep are also playing Knotfest this year.
After they wrap up their North American tour, Judas Priest will return to Europe for a month of shows.
