We wrap our our A-Z list of classic rock bands with that little ol' band from Texas, ZZ Top.

Ever since their debut album from 1971, the band has tapped its bluesy roots in songs that feature guitar riffs that are almost as dirty as the wink-wink lyrics they sing.

But what's kept ZZ Top one step ahead of so many of their peers is their ability to adapt to new music. In 1983, when they added synth beats and dance rhythms to 'Eliminator,' old fans were confused to say the least. But the album gave the band a new lease on life -- one that makes them a live favorite to this day.
