For an 'Ordinary Average Guy,' Joe Walsh sure gets a lot of birthday wishes. Perhaps it's because of all the bands he's been in over the years. And maybe it's because they know that on Nov. 20, Walsh turns 65.

The singer-guitarist has enjoyed success both in bands and as a solo artist. The Eagles were Walsh's biggest band. During his still-going time with the group, he sang lead on 'Pretty Maids All in a Row' and 'In the City,' while lending his guitar skills and his writing talents to countless other songs. As a member of the James Gang, 'Funk '49' and 'Walk Away' were the big songs.

As a solo artist, 'Rocky Mountain Way,' 'All Night Long,' and 'Life's Been Good' have enjoyed long lives at radio.
