American Idol was graced by Brian May and Roger Taylor once again as the duo shared the stage with the touring tribute band the Queen Extravaganza, who were in fact hand-picked by May and Taylor in an similar Idol-like competition. The Queen duo also performed a medley with the remaining 'Idols' last night.

The Queen Extravaganza hit the stage with 'Somebody to Love' and proved that doing Queen covers on television doesn't have to feel like pulling teeth. The musicians selected by May and Taylor blew the 'Idols' completely off the stage, although in fairness, the band's specialty is obviously Queen.

The final six contestants of American Idol each sang a Queen song on last night's broadcast, with the results coming off as mostly uninspired and flat. Elise Testone, who sang 'I Want it All' on yesterday's show was eliminated at the end of tonight's broadcast.
