Rockers We’ve Lost In 2012: Photographer Ken Regan

Legendary photographer Ken Regan passed away on Sunday, Nov. 25 after a battle with cancer. His photos are known around the globe, from the Olympics to Super Bowls to landmark boxing matches, Regan caught it all through his lens. Many of his most iconic photos captured a who's who of rock and roll royalty. The Beatles, Rolling Stones, Eagles, Janis Joplin, Bruce Springsteen, Jimi Hendrix, you name the rocker, and chances are Regan took the photo.

His work appeared in an endless list of publications, everything from  Rolling Stone and Vanity Fair to Sports Illustrated and Time. Just last year, he had a book of his work published titled ‘All Access: The Rock Photography of Ken Regan.’ A collection of Regan’s photos can be found at his Camera 5 website.
