Former Iron Maiden frontman Paul Di'Anno has clarified his health issues.

Paul Di'Anno's 10-day tour of Brazil has been canceled due to a medical issue.

Few were aware of the already-decided split at the time.

Earlier this summer, Paul Di'Anno told fans he'd had a change of heart about his previously announced farewell tour, explaining that he'd realized his bad knee didn't have much of an impact on his stage show.

One-time Iron Maiden singer Paul Di'Anno became agitated by a fan who shouted "Bruce Dickinson" at him several times during a recent show in the Ukraine. Dickinson, Maiden's current singer, replaced DiAnno in 1981. Di'Anno grew angrier and angrier as the one-sided conversation continued, ultimately threatening to fight the man.

Fifty-four-year-old metal singer Paul Di'Anno is calling it quits in 2013. The early-days Iron Maiden frontman made the announcement on his Facebook page Monday morning. "I am gonna be "Pulling The Plug" next year 2013, and making it my "Farewell Tour," he wrote.
