Queen’s ‘Bohemian Rhapsody’ Goes For a Ride With Three Cute Kids
Like many other classic rock songs before and after it, Queen's 'Bohemian Rhapsody' will never die. Hot on the heels of being performed on 'American Idol' last night, the song is treated to a car ride sing-a-long by three adorable kids.
'Idol' contestant Jessica Sanchez performed the song on this week's show, and a little while back you might recall hearing about Robert Wilkinson's arresting performance of the classic song -- from the back of a Royal Canadian Mounted Police cruiser.
Before Wilkinson inadvertently showed his singing skills (or lack thereof, depending on your point of view), 'Bohemian Rhapsody' has been used recently in an ad for the Cosmopolitan Hotel in Las Vegas. And of course who could forget Mike Myers and Dana Carvey's characters in 'Wayne's World' leading their friends through the song in their crappy car?
Well folks, 'Bohemian Rhapsody' just got a whole lot cuter.
The latest addition to a distinguished line of performances of the song is a You Tube video that features a father, along with his three children, belting out the song on the way to school. The video's description states:
"It has become a morning habit to sing Bohemian Rhapsody on the way to school in the morning. Depending on traffic, we can usually start the song as we pull out of the driveway, and pull into the school just as the song ends."
Let's face it. Not only do the kids have pretty great taste in music, the littlest one throws the devil horns too at one point. Kudos to this father for keeping the spirit of great music alive and well!
