'Doo Doo Doo Doo Doo (Heartbreaker)' proved to be one of the more topical songs of the Rolling Stones career. Mick Jagger told two stories within the track -- one about a boy that was shot because police believed he was a bank robber and the other about a girl who dies in an alley of a drug overdose. However, although both stories rang then and still do now, neither incident has been revealed to be based on an actual event.

The song, released in 1973 off the 'Goats Head Soup' disc, features a guest appearance by Billy Preston on the clavinet.
