Pink Floyd's 'In the Flesh,' Queen's 'Tie Your Mother Down,' and Tom Petty's 'Breakdown' were among the covers the Foo Fighters played when they kicked off their Australian tour in Perth on Monday, Nov. 28.

Clearly, Dave Grohl and the other Fighters are huge classic rock fans -- but, really, who isn't? Just as obviously, so is Jack Black of Tenacious D fame, who joined the band on stage for the performance of 'Breakdown.'

The band recently performed 'In the Flesh' with Floyd's Roger Waters during a September gig on 'Late Night with Jimmy Fallon.' When Grohl and Foo Fighters drummer (and Queen uber-fan) Hawkins inducted Queen into the Rock n' Roll Hall of Fame, they held the band up as the gold standard of classic rockers.

"As a live band, Queen kind of kicked everybody’s a**," Hawkins said at the 2010 ceremony. "Queen was my first concert, and every concert since has been a bit of let-down. They were raw, yet tight, huge, yet intimate." Rock on!
