Having previously completed the U.S. phase of ‘Road Test’ touring, Chickenfoot just wrapped a similar sold-out European run of dates in support of their muscular new album ‘Chickenfoot III.’

On the tail end of their trip overseas, they found time to document the current tour setlist with a show in Dusseldorf, Germany, that was filmed for television broadcast on the popular ‘Rockpalast’ series, a longtime German programming staple.

The band roared through a 16 song set that was fairly similar to the show we saw in Chicago, although it appears that the brutal album opening ‘Last Temptation’ has been removed from the setlist, which is a shame. Current single ‘Different Devil’ has been added into the set and interestingly enough, the soulful ‘Come Closer’ moved to the end of the set for the Dusseldorf show as a second encore.

Chickenfoot’s ‘Rockpalast’ performance will be broadcast by German affiliates on Feb. 27. You can check out a sample clip of ‘Down The Drain’ and also an interview with the ‘Foot here.

As they continue to develop as a band, Sammy Hagar says that the concert setlist will continue to focus on Chickenfoot's music and they won't pad that with Van Halen songs or Hagar's own solo material. "The idea is that we're Chickenfoot," he says, 'and we will stay that."
