From his '80s image to his politics to his love of reality television shows, next month's roast of rocker Dee Snider is a comedic Golden Corral. The Twisted Sister frontman will be the focus of the second annual Rock & Roll Roast on Jan. 24 in Anaheim, Calif.

In a development that should prompt widespread use of the phrase "not gonna take it," Twisted Sister's management team has begun a concerted effort to prevent businesses from sharing the band's name -- even if they're as obviously unrelated as, say, a food truck in Minnesota.

Bret Michaels of Poison will look to become the first ever two-time winner of 'Celebrity Apprentice,' the CBS show that pits famous people against each other in business-minded tasks. Twisted Sister rocker Dee Snider will also join a cast of 14 contestants when they begin filming the 2013 season on Monday.

When Twisted Sister released their teen rebellion anthem 'We're Not Gonna Take It' in 1984, they probably didn't anticipate that one day it would be part of a promotional campaign for a motel. The rockers have re-recorded the career-defining track for a new commercial by Extended Stay America.

First Tom Morello, now Dee Snider. Vice presidential candidate Paul Ryan may love rock music, but he's not exactly having much success buddying up to any musicians at the moment. Twisted Sister's Dee Snider is the latest to lash out at Ryan, calling him out over using his band's music at a recent rally.

We're not quite sure why Twisted Sister frontman Dee Snider got all decked out for this 1985 photo, complete with a glittery American flag top hat and a sharp satin-blue suit complete with shiny bowtie. But hey, who needs a reason to show their love of America...
