The Who, Elvis Costello to Perform Benefit Concert

The Who will close out their U.S. tour on Feb. 28 with a special intimate concert at the Theater at Madison Square Garden. Dubbed "Who Cares," the show will benefit their Teen Cancer America charity and Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center.
