More details are emerging about the month that Creed singer Scott Stapp has had in between leaving his home last month and posting his video earlier this week. According to one account, he was placed in a 72-hour psych hold two weeks ago.

TMZ reported that, on Nov. 13, Stapp was found on the side of the road in Madison County, FL, 400 miles from his Boca Raton home. They say that "he appeared wasted, incoherent and rambling that someone was trying to poison him."

Stapp's wife, Jaclyn, has gone into detail about her husband's behavior in her divorce papers, alleging that his drug use has caused him to become paranoid and delusional. TMZ cites her as saying that he hears voices and once left a message saying that ISIS was going to target his kids' school. She also claims that he has threatened to kill himself and his Alcoholics Anonymous sponsor.

Creed guitarist Mark Tremonti, who hasn't spoken to Stapp since 2012, expressed concern on his Facebook page. "I know everyone is very worried about Scott, I am as well. I tried reaching out but didn't have any success. I will keep trying but I think it would be best to keep such personal matters off social media."
