Neal Schon's recently settled support agreement with his ex-wife Amber is in the news again as the Journey guitarist is said to be bringing a lawsuit against her mother. Schon says Judy Kozan badmouthed him through an internet blog, and he wants $75,000 in damages.

This comes just weeks after the guitarist was victorious in a court case involving Amber, who was asking for an additional $2,700 in monthly support payments for her and their two small kids, born in 2002 and 2005. TMZ reported in February that their agreement was $3K per month, and a judge in Minnesota firmly told her she'd get no additional money, and then recommended she should get a job.

The gossip website reports Kozan's article was one of many attacks on Schon's character (according to his lawsuit). She allegedly said that he was putting Amber in "a situation where she literally has no money for food, gas for the car, bills, nothing."

Since separating from Amber, who he was with from 2001 to 2008, Schon briefly married model Ava Fabian, and afterwards began a much-discussed romance with Michaele Salahi. It's rumored a wedding with Schon and the 'Real Housewives of D.C.' star could be televised.
