Gov't Mule have announced some new tour dates for spring 2017.

The band already has a handful of shows scheduled for early March and at the end of April, but the newly added run of shows will keep them busy during the middle part of May. The first of the new dates on the Come What May tour is a special performance at New York City's Central Park SummerStage on May 17 with the Chris Robinson Brotherhood (featuring the former Black Crowes frontman).

From there, Gov't Mule will play shows in Washington, D.C., St. Louis, Minneapolis and Milwaukee, among other dates. While the band currently has no concerts scheduled for June or July, previously announced gigs for August include stops in Morrison, Colo., and Arlington, Va.

You can see the full list of Gov't Mule's scheduled tour dates below.

The press release announcing the new headlining shows promises this is just the beginning of a much larger tour for the band this year. They're now finishing up their latest album, which is due this summer. The group will presumably hit the road during those months to promote the record. Fans who purchase tickets for the shows will receive a download of the upcoming album.

You can find more information regarding the shows and tickets at the band's official website. Pre-sale tickets are available on March 8.
