As Sting's star rose in the '80s as a member of the Police and as a solo artist, so did his opportunities on the big screen. He carved out key roles in such films as 'Dune,' 'The Bride,' and 'Brimstone and Treacle,' and in the '90s he was one of the cast of shady characters in the British gangster flick, 'Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels.'

But our favorite Sting cameo came when he was just starting his acting career. We turn to the film adaptation of the Who's 'Quadrophenia,' where the rocker appeared as a violent mod known as 'Ace Face.' Who knew Sting had such nifty dance moves?
