Two decades later, the iconic cover for Nirvana's 'Nevermind' is still causing drama: Reports claimed that Facebook removed a promotional image for the 20th anniversary edition of the album because it violated their Terms of Use. (Reps for the site say the image will remain.) Though we don't really see the big deal. As Spencer Elden, the now 20-year-old who graces the cover said, “Quite a few people in the world have seen my penis. So that's cool.”
