Alice Cooper – Coolest Costumes in Rock

Of course Alice Cooper deserves to make an appearance on our look at the coolest costumes in rock.

As the man formerly known as Vincent Furnier explained in our Stage Name Origins feature, his creepy face makeup was modeled after Bette Davis in the film 'Whatever Happened to Baby Jane?' and the Great Tyrant character from 'Barbarella.' Over the years he's added to this look by dressing up in a straitjacket, as "Uncle Sam," or in this case, as a giant spider.
