Yes, it's original Red Hot Chili Peppers drummer Jack Irons! The photo on the left is from Fairfax High School in Los Angeles, where he met Flea and guitarist Hillel Slovak. On the right you can see him being inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame alongside his former bandmates.
