Yes, it's Eagles and solo star Don Henley, born and raised in the great state of Texas. Together with his famous bandmates or on his own, he's been one of the genre's biggest stars for more than four decades now.

Henley's landmark multi-platinum solo album 'The End of the Innocence' recently celebrated its 25th anniversary and, as of this 2014 writing, he is preparing to hit the road for another leg of the acclaimed 'History of the Eagles' tour. He's also been passionately speaking out against unauthorized re-makes of some of his famous songs. His next solo album, the country-influenced 'Cass County,' is expected out later this year.
