If you guessed that it was Jerry Harrison, guitarist/keyboardist for Talking Heads, you got it right!

Harrison was studying architecture at Harvard when he met Jonathan Richman and joined the Modern Lovers. In 1972, he recorded their self-titled debut, which featured pre-punk classics like 'Roadrunner' and 'Pablo Picasso,' but left two years before it finally saw release in 1976.

He hooked up with David Byrne, Tina Weymouth and Chris Frantz -- all of whom had met at the Rhode Island School of Design -- and, as Talking Heads, they would help bridge the gap between the pop charts and the burgeoning alternative scene of the '80s. Harrison also worked behind the glass to produce records by Live, the BoDeans and the Verve Pipe.
