That's right, it's Def Leppard drummer Rick Allen, who has been with the multi-platinum band since 1978... when he was just 15 years old!

At the height of the band's success, following their 1983 smash hit album 'Pyromania,' Allen was in a terrible car crash that resulted in the loss of his left arm. Two years later he made one of the most remarkable and inspiring comebacks in music history, rejoining the band on stage on Aug. 16, 1986.

The group, with Allen back full-time thanks to a partially electronic drum kit, went on to release an even bigger-selling album, 'Hysteria,' and remain among the biggest concert attractions around. Allen has since dedicated time to helping military veterans deal with post traumatic stress disorder stemming from their battlefield experiences and injuries.
