Yes, it's Eric Carmen, who helped pioneer the power pop genre as frontman for '70s innovators the Raspberries, and then went on to have a string of solo hits.

As he explains on his official website, Carmen demonstrated musical ability so early in his life that his parents enrolled him in the Cleveland Institute of Music when he was two and a half. The Raspberries are best known for hits such as 'Go All the Way,' 'I Wanna be With You' and 'Let's Pretend.' His most famous solo songs include 'All By Myself' and 'Hungry Eyes.'
