Yep, it's Steven Van Zandt, who has also been known as "Miami Steve" or "Little Steven" throughout his career, much of which has been spent working with Bruce Springsteen.

Van Zandt met Springsteen in the mid-'60s but didn't become a member of the E Street Band until the tour supporting 'Born to Run' in 1975. But he left during the sessions for 'Born in the U.S.A.' for a solo career, which resulted in the 1985 anti-apartheid hit, 'Sun City," featuring such luminaries as Springsteen, Bob Dylan, Miles Davis and Run-DMC.

For eight years, he starred as Silvio Dante in 'The Sopranos,' and more recently as Frank "The Fixer" Tagliano in the Norwegian TV series, 'Lilyhammer.' He also hosts his popular syndicated radio show "Little Steven's Underground Garage" and runs the three-chords-and-a-cloud-of-dust label Wicked Cool Records.
