You can win a copy of Chris Cornell's new 'Songbook' album, thanks to this contest from Universal Music Enterprises and Ultimate Classic Rock.

The golden-throated Soundgarden singer hit the road in the spring, trekking across North America with not much more than his acoustic guitar and the songs in his head. Fifteen of 'Songbook''s 16 tracks were recorded live during the tour, and the disc captures all eras of his career, with Soundgarden hits like 'Black Hole Sun' and 'Fell On Black Days,' Audioslave tunes like 'Doesn't Remind Me' and 'Like a Stone' and Temple of the Dog tracks like 'Call Me a Dog' featured alongside selections from his solo career.

Also included on 'Songbook,' which hit stores this week, are two covers that show off the obvious influence classic rock has had on his impressive catalog of music: a scaled-back take on the Led Zeppelin number 'Thank You' and an admiring version of the John Lennon classic 'Imagine.' The disc's one studio recording, 'The Keeper,' is featured on the soundtrack to the recently released movie ‘Machine Gun Preacher.'
