Ultimate Classic Rock is proud to present the video premiere of a new live version of Whitesnake’s classic track ‘Fool For Your Loving.’

Captured while the legendary British rockers were on tour supporting their most recent studio album ‘Forevermore’ in 2011, the band’s upcoming live release ‘Made in Japan’ finds longtime ‘Snake vocalist David Coverdale in fine voice, still making impact after decades on the road.

First formed in 1977 only a short year after he had taken his exit from Deep Purple, it would be 10 years before Coverdale and Whitesnake really took the world by storm, finding worldwide success in 1987 with the self-titled ‘Whitesnake’ album.

Coverdale has always surrounded himself with a talented stable of musicians in Whitesnake and the lineup featured on ‘Made in Japan’ is no exception. Doug Aldrich and Reb Beach split the guitar duties, with Brian Tichy (who recently left the band) making one of his final recorded appearances behind the drumkit with Whitesnake and Michael Devin and Brian Ruedy rounding out the band on bass and keyboards.

Featuring over two hours of both old favorites and newer tracks from the ‘Forevermore’ album, Coverdale and the band are at their bluesy hard rockin’ best on ‘Made in Japan,’ something which is very much on display when you watch this stormy performance of ‘Fool For Your Loving.’

Originally, only three tracks were broadcast live from the performance, recorded in October of 2011 at the ‘Loud Park’ festival in Japan. This new release presents the complete performance for the first time, including several acoustic performances that were recorded during soundchecks on the Japanese tour.

‘Made in Japan’ will be available on April 23, available on DVD, Blu-ray and CD.
