Vince Neil to Appear on ‘Celebrity Wife Swap’

Vince Neil stayed busy during his downtime between Mötley Crüe gigs by taking part in an upcoming episode of Celebrity Wife Swap.

The Las Vegas Sun reports that Neil and his "longtime gal pal," Rain Hannah, took part in the ABC reality series, with Neil shacking up with his swapped "spouse" in Vegas while Hannah headed off to Nashville for the taping. According to the Sun, Neil got the better end of the deal, at least financially — according to the paper, "He put down $50,000 on the craps table as the cameras rolled. His guest said, 'Let it roll!' And they kept it rolling until they’d reached $660,000 and then walked away ecstatically."

Neil's duties for the episode also included cooking dinner for 20 friends, which meant heading to the grocery store for the first time in decades. "I hadn’t been in a supermarket to do grocery shopping since Mötley Crüe first went out on the road in 1981," he's quoted as saying. "I didn’t know where to find any of the ingredients."

Describing "a hysterical scene in the kitchen as he peeled potatoes and prepped meat, forgetting to saute onions," the report concludes that Neil's dessert "turned out okay," but urges readers to tune in to find out where he got the recipe.

The Sun doesn't list an air date for Neil's episode of Celebrity Wife Swap, but the ABC reality series is scheduled to begin its fourth season on May 20.
