For the second time this year, Todd Rundgren will spend some time on the road. Earlier today, he announced a 19-date tour of the U.S. that will extend into 2016. The c0mplete itinerary is listed below.

Rundgren will begin on Dec. 1 at the Arcada Theatre in St. Charles, Ill. After the Dec. 23 show, he will take a break for the holidays and resume on Jan. 6 in Beverly Hills, Calif. The tour will conclude three days later in Coachella, Calif.

The famed singer-songwriter-producer is having one of his busiest years ever, having released two albums in 2015. Global, which came out this past April, found Rundgren, as he has done so many times throughout his career, finding a way to incorporate modern sounds -- in this case electronica -- into his trademark blend of rock and soul music. You can listen to the lead track, "Soothe," here.

His second effort was Runddans, a collaboration with avant-garde Norwegian musicians Hans-Peter Lindstrom and Emil Nikolaisen. The album, which hearkens back to his occasional excursions into progressive music, is comprised of a 39-minute piece that was broken down into 12 tracks.

Tickets for all shows are on sale now. For complete information, visit the Tour Dates section of his website.
