The Outlaws to Release ‘It’s About Pride’ Album on September 25

Fans of the Outlaws better mark their calendars because long awaited new music is on its way! On Sept. 25, the band will release their first studio album in 18 years titled ‘It’s About Pride,’ on Rocket Science Ventures. ‘It’s About Pride’ is an album that the band spent four years making to give their fans exactly what they’ve come to expect from the hitmakers.

“Because the Outlaws have been out of the public eye for so long, it’s almost like starting over,” explains the band’s frontman, Henry Paul. “But because of the band’s history, we’re seeing this as a new chapter. We’ve written and recorded this album on our own terms, and we’re out to make a significant impression. What our fans loved then they still love now, because we are just as good or even better than we were. Most of all, they recognize the heart of what it is we still do.”

Luckily fans don’t have to wait until September for their first taste of what to expect. The Outlaws will be releasing the album’s first single, ‘Tomorrow’s Another Night,’ to radio on Aug. 20.

“This new album embodies all the things we shared musically and personally, as well as the relationships we have with our fans to this day,” says Outlaws drummer Monte Yoho. “It’s about where we’ve been, where we’re going, and why we still love to do this.”

Also coming up this year for the Outlaws is their involvement with the 2012 Simple Man Cruise on Norwegian Pearl along with Lynyrd Skynyrd, the Doobie Brothers, and many others. The ship is set to depart from Miami, Fla. on Oct. 27. Click here for more information on the cruise and to book your reservations.
