Stevie Nicks took advantage of a break in Fleetwood Mac's current tour to stop by 'The Tonight Show With Jimmy Fallon' last night and perform a pair of songs, including one from her new solo LP, '24 Karat Gold: Songs From the Vault.'
Two of rock's most charismatic and poetic singers -- Robert Plant and Stevie Nicks -- square off for the right to advance to the finals of the 100 percent fan-voted Ultimate Classic Rock Hall of Fame competition.
"All over the Internet, there are songs I wrote but never released, and people keep saying, 'Why don't you record these songs for real?' I'd never had time to do that. Now I had an empty, precious three months."
Stevie Nicks let the songs on her new album, '24 Karat Gold,' sit in the vaults for years before properly recording them, so she isn't being shy about letting them out in the weeks leading up to the new LP's release.
